Pranab Mukherjee

 Pranab Kumar Mukherjee was an Indian politician who served as the 13th president of India from 2012 until 2017. In a political career spanning five decades, Mukherjee was a senior leader in the Indian National Congress and occupied several ministerial portfolios in the Government of India.

Major Hoshiyar singh

 Colonel Hoshiar Singh Dahiya, PVC was an officer of the Indian Army who was awarded India's highest military honour, the Param Vir Chakra during Indo-Pakistani war of 1971.

Died: 6 December 1998

Awards: Param Vir Chakra.

He succumbed to a cardiac arrest on 6 December 1998, aged 61, and was cremated with full military honours at Jaipur. He was survived by three sons, two of whom followed their father into the army as commissioned officers in the Grenadiers, with one joining the 3rd Grenadiers.

Captain Bana singh

 Captain Bana Singh PVC is an Indian soldier and a recipient of the nation's highest gallantry award, the Param Vir Chakra. As a Naib Subedar in the Indian Army, he led the team that wrested control of the highest peak on the Siachen Glacier in Kashmir from Pakistani forces as part of Operation Rajiv.

 General Bipin Rawat was an Indian military officer who was a four-star general of the Indian Army. He served as the first Chief of Defence Staff of the Indian Armed Forces from January 2020 until his death in a helicopter crash in December 2021.

Nirmal jit Singh sekhon

 Flying Officer Nirmal Jit Singh Sekhon, PVC was an officer of the Indian Air Force. He was posthumously awarded the Param Vir Chakra, India's highest military decoration during war time, in recognition of his lone defence of Srinagar Air Base against a Pakistan Air Force air raid during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971.

Nirmal Jit Singh Sekhon was born in a Jat Sikh family on 17 July 1945[4] in the village of Isewal, Ludhiana, Punjab Province, British India.[1] His father was M.W.O. Tarlok Singh Sekhon[5] and his mother was Harbans Kaur.[6] He was commissioned into the Indian Air Force on 4 June 1967 as a Pilot Officer.

He was awarded the Shaurya Chakra posthumously on 27 November 2021. On Republic Media Network's #ProudToBeIndian broadcast on Republic Day, martyred braveheart Major Anuj Sood's wife, Akriti Sood, spoke about the fearless warrior and his undying resolve for the nation.

Major Anuj Sood, SC, ADC (17 Dec 1989 – 02 May 2020) was an Indian Army Officer who received the Shaurya Chakra posthumously. He was a member of the 19th Battalion, Brigade of Guards and 21st Rashtriya Rifles Battalion. He was martyred in action while serving with the latter in Handwara, Jammu and Kashmir.
